Agreement of Sale Spay/Neuter Contract:

Breeder, Jersey Doodles, asserts that the above described dog is of sound health at the time of sale and that buyer will receive our Veterinary confirmation attesting to such.

 The buyer has up to five (5) days from the time of receipt of dog to have dog examined by their Veterinarian. If the buyer fails to do so, health guarantee is voided. The dog may be returned within this time period for a full refund, provided the breeder receives your Vet’s written and signed statement accurately describing the dogs diagnosis of disease, as well as all paperwork received at time of purchase. A replacement dog of equal value if/when such is available or full refunds are options available if agreed to by both parties. Breeder would never knowingly sell an unwell dog but if a pre-existing condition should present itself at the initial exam; worms, ear mites, coccidian, giardia, etc… Reimbursement will be for treatment only, not diagnostic testing, and will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts documenting the
treatment. Please know that your Vet will most likely deworm your puppy at a later date by following the protocol recommended jointly by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Association of Veterinary Parasitologists (AAVP). Breeder is not responsible for payment for addition deworming treatments. Breeder is not responsible for injury after dog leaves the seller’s premises. This warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original buyer. Breeder cannot guarantee size, coat or color at maturity

 If within the first two years of the Puppy/Dog’s life it is diagnosed with: Hip Dysplasia with OFA or Pennhip verification along with copy of x-rays sent to breeders Vet, vWD-Von Willebrands Disease, SA-Sebaceous Adenitis, any debilitating eye disorder diagnosed by a Veterinary Ophthalmologist; or any other life-altering genetic disorder, diagnosed by a qualified Veterinarian, that requires treatment in order to preserve the dogs quality of life, the buyer has the option of either a replacement puppy from the next available, litter (You are not required to return the dog), OR reimbursement, up to the purchase price of the dog, for all veterinary expenses for treatment of that genetic illness. Again, reimbursement is for treatment only, not diagnostic testing, and will be honored upon submission of receipts documenting the treatment. Dog ownership also has its responsibilities. If the dog is covered by a pet insurance policy, only those costs related to the genetic disorders that are not paid for by the insurance policy will be reimbursed. Jersey Doodles requires that Buyer contact them before treatment commences as it is essential for our Veterinarian to confer with your Veterinarian to discuss the course of action. Jersey Doodles will honor their collective advice and reimburse buyer for the recommended treatment up to the price dictated by this warranty. Breeder reserves the right, at breeder’s expense, to consult with a Veterinarian of their choice, before replacement or refund is given.

 By signing, the Buyer agrees that the above said dog will be neutered/spayed on or about 6 months and proof will be required by 7 months.  If proof of spaying/ neutering is not provided within 30 days after first request then we will assume that the puppy/dog is being used for breeding purposes and we will start legal proceedings to take back the puppy/dog. The signer of this contract will also be responsible for Attorney fees and charges incurred by us to enforce this contract. In the event the buyer cannot, for any reason, at any time, keep their dog, Jersey Doodles shall be contacted immediately and we will help find your dog a new home.

 There is no warranty or guarantee other than what is expressed in this Agreement. Any codicil to this Agreement of Sale will be under separate cover.
